Apex is the only bartending academy where an 18-time flair champion takes you from first pour to the competition stage and the manager's office.

For working bartenders who want flair that earns tips, people who want to be hired behind a bar, and flair competitors who want to train with a champion.

What the founder's feedback looks like

Members upload a practice clip and get written video feedback back. Here is a sample of the format.

Practice clip: bottle toss and catch

Sample practice clip still: hands flipping a glass bottle

Written feedback from the founder

  1. 0:03

Strong setup. Grip the neck a little lower so the turn starts at your wrist, not your elbow.

  2. 0:07

Clean release. Let the bottle finish its turn before you look for the catch.

  3. 0:11

The catch on the back of the hand is close. Soften your knees on landing and it will sit still.

  4. Next take

Film it from the side so I can see the whole arc.

Sample for illustration. Not a real student's clip, and the still is a generated image.
